Over £1000 raised from a charity skydive for the Mia Jennings Memorial Fund

As part of our ongoing support at The Bulls Head, Lauren, daughter of Landlord Ian, made the what she described as “crazy” decision to do a sky dive to raise money for Mia’s memorial fund! We don’t think it’s crazy, we think it’s wonderful!

Originally planned for Saturday 23rd March, the skydive was put back 24 hours due to bad weather. Sunday morning started bright and beautiful with clear blue skies so with the go ahead confirmed, there was no backing out now.

But there was a last minute change of plan! Landlord Ian joined Lauren on her skydive for the Mia Jennings Foundation in aid of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young) and here’s a video of all the action from the day.

Before the jump, Lauren said “I just want to thank every single one of you for your donations, words of advise and support! You are all truly amazing 🤩

“The amount of money we have raised for Mia’s memorial fund is incredible and I couldn’t of done without you all 🙌

“See you all at the bottom 🪂

Here at The Bulls Head, we’re so proud of Lauren and Ian. Lauren has raised over £1,000 so far, but it’s still not too late to make a donation. Any donations are appreciated and we’d like to thank you all for your constant support!!

You can donate online via the dedicated GoFundMe page.
